1．乙は岩崎メソッドのための講師養成を希望する個人または日本語教育センターと講 師養成講座への参加契約を締結したときは、直ちに契約者の情報を甲に報告しなければならない。
２．乙は、第４条で規定した講師認定料につき、乙が経営する日本語教育センターにおける講師および乙が契約した他センターまたは個人の講師から、その人数分の金額を徴収し、甲に毎年支払わなくてはならない。
３．乙が前項に定める報告を遅滞したために、甲が損害を受けた場合はその損害は、乙の負担とする。
４．第１項に定める乙の報告以前に、契約について生じた事項は一切乙の責任において解決するものとする。
