Happy Elements株式会社と株式会社フジテレビジョンは、ピクシブ株式会社が運営する「pixiv」内で、ゲーム「メルクストーリア」の2周年記念イラストコンテスト(以下「本コンテスト」といいます)を実施いたします。本コンテストはテレビ番組「いらこん」にて紹介されます。

1．参加資格
pixivの利用登録者であって、本応募要項すべてに同意された個人(企業および複数の方による共同作品は参加できません)
※18歳未満の方は、本応募要項への保護者の同意を得た上でご投稿ください。

2．投稿期間
2015年12月15日(火)～2016年1月11日(月)23：59まで

3．参加方法
■ファンアート部門
(1)「メルクストーリアのゲーム内に登場するキャラクター（ユニット/モンスター/ストーリーキャラクター/公式広報ティティを含む）」をテーマとして、自由に作品(イラスト／マンガ)をお描きください。
(2)以下に定めるタグを設定して、pixivに作品(イラスト／マンガ)を投稿してください。
タグ：メルストイラコン2FA
以上の内容をもって応募受付完了となります。

■新ユニット/モンスターデザイン部門
(1)「メルクストーリアのゲーム内に登場させたいユニット/モンスター」をテーマとして、自由にイラストをお描きください。
※モンスターにつきましては、モンスターの生態や設定なども分かるような説明をつけてください（イラスト/テキストを問いません）。
(2)以下に定めるタグを設定して、pixivにイラストを投稿してください。
タグ：メルストイラコン2新デザ
以上の内容をもって応募受付完了となります。

4．投稿形式
WEB投稿画像サイズ:投稿時のサイズは自由です。
※ マンガについてはpixivのマンガ投稿機能を使用し、投稿してください。ページ数は自由です。
投稿数：1点以上複数作品の投稿可能(ただし、同じ作品を複数投稿することはできません)。

【注意事項】
※以下に該当する場合は選考の対象外となりますので予めご了承ください。
・応募テーマに関連のない作品。
・コンテスト指定タグが設定されていない作品。
・公開レベルを「マイピク限定」「非公開」で投稿した作品。
・投稿期間を過ぎて投稿、再投稿された作品。
・その他、「6.注意事項（1）」に当てはまる作品。

5．選考方法
コンテスト投稿作品については、厳正なる審査の後、受賞作品を決定します。
なお、ファンアート部門受賞作品の発表につきましては、2016年1月27日（水）に番組特設ページにて行い、2016年1月28日（木）深夜に生放送予定のテレビ番組「いらこん」にて、番組中に一般投票を行い、最優秀賞受賞作品を決定いたします。
また、両部門の受賞作品は全て2016年1月28日よりpixiv Zingaroにて開催予定の「メルスト イラスト展」に展示されます。

※ 新ユニット/モンスターデザイン部門優秀賞受賞作品につきましてもゲーム内でデザインを使用させていただく場合がございます。
※ また、ファンアート部門を含むすべての受賞作品はゲーム内、公式サイトでも掲載する可能性がございます。
※ ゲーム内で受賞作品のデザインを使用するにあたって、ゲームの世界観や設定に合わせて全体的に当社(Happy Elements株式会社)による描き直しをさせていただきます。その際に元のイラストからデザイン・カラーリングおよび構図や設定が大きく変更される場合がございます。また、クエスト中のモーションならびに設定等についても、もしご指定いただいてもそれに添えない場合がございますが、あらかじめご了承の上、ご応募ください。

6．注意事項
以下の項目をすべてお読みの上、あらかじめご了承いただいてから投稿いただきますようお願いいたします。「3.参加方法」に定める方法により画像を投稿いただくことにより、本応募要項に同意いただいたものとみなします。

(1)以下にあてはまる作品(ペンネームを含む)は、審査対象外とさせていただきます。また、審査後に審査対象外となる事由が認められた場合、採用を取り消させていただく場合があります。
・当社(Happy Elements株式会社)、ピクシブ株式会社、pixivの他のユーザーまたはその他の第三者の所有権、著作権を含む知的財産権、名誉、信用、プライバシー等の権利を侵害するもの。
・わいせつ・残虐・差別に相当するもの、その他第三者に不快感を与えるもの。
・公序良俗に反するもの。
・作品を公開することが適切でないと当社(Happy Elements株式会社)が判断するもの
・既に商品化されているもの、商品化の予定があるもの、他のコンテスト等に投稿済みのもの、または他のコンテスト等で受賞したもの。
・必須記載事項に記載漏れもしくは誤りがあるもの。
・その他、当社(Happy Elements株式会社)が適切でないと判断したもの。
(2)投稿作品の著作権は、投稿者に帰属するものとします。但し受賞作品として当社(Happy Elements株式会社)に採用された投稿作品の著作権は、当社(Happy Elements株式会社)に帰属するものとします。
(3)受賞者は当社(Happy Elements株式会社)および当社(Happy Elements株式会社)が指定する第三者に対して、著作者人格権を行使しないものとします。
(4) 投稿者へ審査結果を個別にお知らせすることはありません。なお、本コンテストの結果発表は、pixivおよび番組公式ページや特設ページ、当社放送のテレビ番組「いらこん」において行われます。投稿作品およびpixivのペンネームが番組公式ページや特設ページ、当社放送のテレビ番組「いらこん」に掲載されます。また、受賞者はコンテスト参加の時点で、テレビ番組「いらこん」への出演や取材のご協力にご了承いただいたものといたします。なお、受賞作品決定の連絡はpixiv内のメッセージを使用し、2016年1月15日（金）～1月17日（日）を予定しております。
(5)投稿者は、優秀賞受賞の有無にかかわらず、コンテストへの投稿作品、作品コメントおよびpixivのペンネームの全部または一部が、テレビ番組「いらこん」やpixiv公式のTwitter、Facebookページなどのpixiv公式SNSアカウント、当社(Happy Elements株式会社)の運営するwebサイト、書籍等の媒体にて紹介、またはイベント等に展示される場合があることを、あらかじめ承諾するものとします。転載内容は一部翻案・改変する場合があります。
(6)一度投稿された作品の取消を行うと、選考の対象外となります。
(7)当社(Happy Elements株式会社)は、作品の投稿に際して生じた諸費用に関して一切負担しません。
(8)当社(Happy Elements株式会社)は、本コンテストへの投稿に際していただいた全ての情報を、本コンテストおよび選考作品の投稿者への連絡のためにのみ使用するものとします。また、当社(Happy Elements株式会社)は、投稿者の個人情報を当社(Happy Elements株式会社)のプライバシーポリシーに基づき取り扱うものとします。

7．免責事項
(1)投稿者は、自己の責任において本コンテストに投稿するものとします。
(2)当社(Happy Elements株式会社)は、投稿者の本コンテストへの投稿、選考また、投稿者とその他の第三者との間で生じたいかなる紛争についても、その原因の如何を問わず、いかなる責任も負担しないものとします。
(3)本コンテストは、システムのメンテナンス等当社(Happy Elements株式会社)またはピクシブ株式会社が必要と判断した場合には、事前に何ら通告なく休止する場合があります。
(4)当社(Happy Elements株式会社)は、投稿者が本コンテストに関して被ったいかなる損害(本コンテストの中断、停止または廃止を含み、これに限定されない)についても、その責めを負わないものとします。
(5)本応募要項に定める当社(Happy Elements株式会社)の免責については、損害発生の直接的原因となる事由が当社(Happy Elements株式会社)の故意または重過失による場合には適用しないものとします。
