受けていなので、もしくARISTONから授権書を提出してもらえないと、JSHPにオファーするのは難しいとの回答でした。
従いARISTONから一筆書いてくれないか？或いはARISTON経由鞍山鋼鉄に状況を説明、
JSHPにオファーを出して欲しいことを連絡してくれないか？宜しくご確認・検討願います。

またホット材については、鞍山鋼鉄に確認した結果、やはり設備問題で、薄ホット(1.55、1.8)を作れないとの残念な結果になりました。
他のミル(本渓鋼鉄とか)に駄目もとでも確認しますが、何か進展があれば連絡します。
