首相決定568/QD-Ttgで、高架陸上道路第1号がCong Hoa– Truong Chinh交差点から出発し、Cong Hoa- Tran Quoc Hoan- Phan Thuc Duyen- Hoang Van Thu- Phan Dang Luu- Phan Xich Long- Phan Xich Long(延長・予防) - Dien Bien Phuと交差する。ここで道路が二又に分かれ、1つがDien Bien Phu通りで下に降り、1つがNgo Tat To通り沿いに- Phu An橋の前まで延長される。長さが約 9.5 キロメートルである。
