一昨日の打合せ時にお見せしたガーデンマウンテンの調査報告書をお送りいたします。
ハノイへの移動の件についてはフンさんから連絡があり先程私からフンさん宛にメール致しました。

昨日の打合せ結果を受けた直近の今後のスケジュールは次の通りです。

１．12/20～ ダーさんがガーデンマウンテンの他の株主に状況説明、場合によっては説得
２．～12/30 ダーさんが他の株主への説明内容と結果をフンさんに報告、フンさんから関係者全員に共有
３．1/1～1/15 上記２の結果に基づき、株主契約のドラフトの作成と
ガーデンマウンテンから和郷園グループへ正式に覚書の解除を通知

実際には上記と同時並行で新設する合弁会社の細部の摺合せや申請手続き、
パンサラダボウルとくしまアオイファーム間での合弁契約へ向けた調整等が進んでいくことになると思います。

今後さらに密にやりとりさせて頂くことになると思います。
