・発生数量より部分的に厚み不良であったことが考えられます。発生数量より面積は２２２ｃｍ2程です。
【加工方法】
・原反をテーブル上にセットし、回転するバンドナイフ（刃物）により
スライスします。刃物は刃受けで保持されています。
【発生原因】
・部分的な厚み不良であることより、下記原因が推定されます。
・原反下部の刃物入り口部で、刃物・刃受けの抵抗により原反が
瞬間的に持ち上がり浮いた状態になりスライスされた。
・このため厚いものが発生、次の周では薄いものが発生した。
