その１：目標を立てる 〜目指したいゴールを上司と一緒に決めよう〜

・PDCAサイクルは仕事の基本

資料の作成、顧客の訪問、物品の手配など、どのような仕事であっても、PDCAサイクルをまわすことが重要です。PDCAサイクルとは、PLAN（目標を立てる）、DO（実行する）、CHECK（振り返る）、ACTION（修正して行動する）という4つのことを、何度も繰り返す行為のことをいいます。PDCAサイクルは、全ての仕事の基本であり、全てのビジネスパーソンが実施すべき行動です。

・PDCAサイクルで最も大切なのは「PLAN（目標を立てる）」

そして、PDCAサイクルで最もたいせつなのがPLAN（目標を立てる）という行為です。年に一度のイベント開催など準備に長い時間を要する仕事であっても、明日の朝礼で使う資料の作成という短い時間で実施しなければならない仕事であっても、PLANは必要です。
