Saint Paul American Schoolは2009年にアメリカのカリキュラムに基づき設立されました。始めの3年間はクラークの小さなコンプレックスビルで学校を運営していました。 2013年に近くの大きなキャンパスへ移転致しました。新しいキャンパスでは、以前の2倍の学生の入学受け入れが可能になり、また新しいプログラムの運営も開始しました。質の高い講師の雇用、教材などをしっかりと揃え、現在では新しい講義棟の建設を行っております。講義棟は2014年8月に完成予定です。

この学校は、アメリカ ミネソタ州のNacelインターナショナルの一部です。Nacelインターナショナルスクールは、学校のガイドライン、カリキュラム、教材だけでなく、管理、サポートも行なっております。また才能のある講師や管理スタッフの採用の補助を行なっております。Nacelインターナショナルスクールは、クラークのSaint Paul American Schoolだけでなく、世界中の多くの学校のマネージメントも手掛けております。
