本契約が終了した場合といえども、第５条、第６条、第８条第２項、第９条か

本契約が終了した場合といえども、第５条、第６条、第８条第２項、第９条から第１４条、第１５条第２項、本条、第１８条については、なお有効に存続するものとする。但し、第９条の秘密情報（個人情報を除く）の秘密保持義務についての存続期間は、本契約終了後３年間とする。
