19.3. Complaints and ProceduresThe EC shall be responsible and have authority to handle and resolve complaints of PG members and non-PG members, e.g., the health authorities, HCP, professional organizations, patients or patient groups (each “Complainant”) related to the involvement of PG members in breaches of this Code submitted to the EC in accordance with this Code (a “Complaint”). The scope of authority of the EC in considering a Complaint shall be limited to determining, in line with the provisions of this Code, whether there has been a breach of this Code by a PG member and if anythe consequences of any such breach.
