キヤノン・コンポーネンツ㈱ 井上です。

先日、御社にキヤノンベトナムのインライン導電率計の校正をして
頂いたと思いますが、その際に導電率計の校正調整を行ったと
聞いております。

校正作業の詳細結果を詳しく教えていただけないでしょうか?
・校正作業の方法はどのように行ったのでしょうか?
・校正調整前後の導電率値はいくつだったのでしょうか?

今回2つ分電極の調整を行ったと聞いておりますが、
基本的に調整作業まで入るものなのでしょうか?
(一年間で基本的にズレてしまうものなのでしょうか)

また、導電率計を校正した後、純水装置から出てくる純水の
水質(導電率値)が悪くなっているという問題が発生しております。

純水装置出口の水質
校正前:0.1μS/cm(インライン導電率計)
0.1μS/cm(純水装置内蔵水質計)

校正後:0.4μS/cm(インライン導電率計)
0.1μS/cm(純水装置内蔵水質計)

純水装置内蔵水質計の値は変わっておりませんが
インライン導電率計の測定値に変化が見られます。

本件について御社エンジニアに調べて頂いたところ、
純水装置内のタンクに入る前の水質は問題なく(0.06μS)
純水装置出口(タンク後?ポンプ後?)から出てくる
水質が悪くなっている(0.4μS)とのことです。

インライン導電率計の問題なのか、純水装置の問題なのか
原因がわかっておりません。

現在、キヤノンベトナムで調査を行っていますが、
御社に依頼しないとできない部分もでてくると思いますので
その際はご協力お願いします。
