鞍山材の購買スキーム切替えについて、交渉再開しています。

本日の結論として、当方から鞍山材のシートサイズでの納入価格を提示し、
それにより切替えのメリットを改めて評価して貰うこととなったので、
鞍山の母材価格見積りを入手して下さい。

本件、当社の来期計画には織込んでいませんが、付加価値が高く、一旦参入
すれば安定的な取引きを見込めるゆえ、重点取組み課題としています。


・2015年の使用数量は、
温水ヒータータンク用 琺瑯用鋼板
（3ピースタイプ）冷延材＝700トン／年 ⇒鞍山TC-2／1.55mm
（2ピースタイプ）熱延材＝2,700トン／年 ⇒宝山BTC340R／1.8mm

・いずれも自社で母材輸入し、Posco-VNPCでシート外注加工。
母材は自社工場に保管。

・先方からはコメントなかったが、通関統計によると、冷延材から熱延材へ
の切替えを検討しており、10月に宝山材の熱延材1.55mmを44トン輸入。
但し、価格は鞍山＋輸入税7％より高い模様。

・材料の品質管理の観点から複数材の使用はしない方針。
よって、冷延材、熱延材をそれぞれ1社から購入する。

・先方の懸念点は、当社からのシート購入に切替えると鉄鋼メーカーとの
直接コンタクトがなくなり、市況が分からなくなること。

ARISTON中国から情報取れば良い。要望有れば、市況情報など当方から

切替えについて概ね合意しており、本件を具体的に進める為に、当社からの
シート価格の見積り提示が必要。その為の母材見積りであり、それが無いと
次の段階に進まない、と説明のうえ、母材価格を入手願います。

鞍山にとっては、宝山に切替えられる可能性も有り、当社スキームで生き残れる
ならメリット有るはずです。
但し、当社では宝山、CSCの見積りも入手する予定です。
