・ベトナムに３日間滞在され、PSNVとPRDCVを除く、ベトナムのすべての
会社をご訪問・ご視察頂きました。
・成長が期待されるアジア、そのアジアにおいても、ベトナムとインドネシアは
戦略国であり、たいへん期待しているとのお言葉を頂きました。
・PVグループでは、二桁成長を目指しており、上期は目標を達成できる見込み。
当然ながら、年間ベースでも、計画を達成したいとの説明し、ご納得頂きました。
・スケジュールもほぼ計画通りに進み、各社の視察においても、
厳しいコメントはなく、現場を励まして頂きました。

１．PAVCV
①筒井社長より、会社概況説明ならびに工場見学
②ベトナム戦争前から、ラジオ・TVをベトナム市場に提供

福森社長より、PVの機能、PVグループの概況報告

①販売は2010年度がピークで2012年度がボトムになっている。なぜか？
→2012年が落ち込んでいるのは、TVの戦略変更の影響が大きい。
国内販売だけでなく、PAVCV、PIDVNの生産にも大きな影響が出た。
また、韓国、日本の他社の参入も相次ぎ、シェアを落としてしまった。
②今年は、販売は好調であるが・・・
→エアコン、冷蔵庫、洗濯機など主力商品の需要が好調なこと。さらに

生産に関しては、中国やマレーシアからの移管もあり、着実に増えている

CSR活動に加え、リスーピアを通じ、ベトナム政府との関係強化を行っている。
今年度は、入場者数の増加を目指しており、前年比で35%入場者が増えている
9/8に４周年記念行事を行った。来年の9月で５周年を迎える。
